  • Trade Secret: Methodology, calculation frameworks, and proprietary design parameters are protected under SGH trade-secret policy (TS-ARMOR-001).
  • License Type: Purchaser receives a single-vessel, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the engineering drawings for installation on one (1) vessel.
  • Multi-Vessel License: Shipyards and dealers may purchase multi-vessel licenses at discounted rates. Contact engineering@starboardyacht.com for pricing.
  • Prohibited: Resale, redistribution, modification for resale, public display, or use on more vessels than licensed without additional licenses.
  • Attribution Required: Engineering plans must retain all copyright notices, engineering stamps, and verification hashes when used or reproduced for installation purposes.
  • Source Verification: Each plan package includes a SHA-256 verification hash linking it to the original performed installation record in our database.
  • Warranty: Plans are engineering documents based on real installations. Purchaser is responsible for verifying suitability for their specific vessel. Custom engineering adjustments available at additional cost.
